Shows to see in January on a post-Christmas budget

It’s January and no one has any money and everyone is sad.

Okay, ‘no one’ and ‘everyone’ might be a bit of an exaggeration – but money can be tight and people can be experiencing post-christmas blues, which is a perfect time to treat yourselves to a theatre trip. So, here are some budget friendly options:

Five Guys Named Moe – Marble Arch Theatre – £10

Still in the Official London Theatre New Year Sale – there are tickets for just £10 for this acclaimed new musical at the Marble Arch Theatre.

Eugenius – The Other Palace – £10

Also in the New Year Sale – Eugenius opens at The Other Palace in late January. Tickets from £10

The Woman In White – Charring Cross Theatre – £18

With £18 Rush Tickets on TodayTix this is a great bargain for a brand new production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber show.

Tiny Dynamite – Old Red Lion Theatre – £16/18

One of award-winning playwright and screenwriter Abi Morgan’s first plays.  It’s returning to London, to the Old Red Lion, for its first revival in 15 years.  This play explores how tiny events from our pasts can have explosive effects on our futures. Tickets from £18, £16 concessions.

Glengarry Glen Ross – Playhouse – £18

Discounted tickets available on TodayTix – making them just £18 and available most dates in the next 30 days.

Here’s the shocker…

The Phantom Of The Opera from £10

I know.

You’re welcome.
